1. Resume Search – Resources

Our resume search leverages multiple resources to identify suitable candidates, including:
  • Databank, Branch offices across New Delhi and India, Advertisements
  • District employment and manpower offices, Specialized agencies
  • Workers’ welfare associations, Industrial training institutes, vocational centers, and professional centers, Head-hunting

2. Screening Process

Based on the client’s job requirements, our Sourcing Department thoroughly examines the available data to identify the most suitable candidates. This process is carried out in line with the client’s job specifications, industry relevance, qualifications, experience, and nationality.


All our offices across various regions and countries collaborate on the screening process, where applicable. Once the initial screening is completed, processed resumes are forwarded to the relevant in-house departments, including:


Engineering, Civil Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, MOH, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Each department conducts an in-depth review of resumes and communicates with potential candidates to confirm their interest and availability. These vetted resumes are then sent to the clients for their review. Simultaneously, our Operations Department undertakes: Reference checks, Certificate verifications, Police clearance (as required), Processing of travel documents.

3. Trade Tests

When required, trade tests are conducted at Kukje partner training centers in accordance with client guidelines. For specialized tests requiring third-party inspection, Kukje coordinates with reputable third-party agencies whose reports are internationally recognized and accepted.

  • Pre-screened candidates are invited to our offices for personal interviews and evaluations, which assess:
  • Basic skills
  • Job-specific knowledge and expertise
  • Aptitude and attitude
  • Medical status
  • Language proficiency
A comprehensive evaluation report is prepared and forwarded to clients, along with the pre-screened resumes.

4. Selection Process

Upon receiving the list of approved candidates for final interviews—whether conducted in person, via telephone, or through video conferencing—Kukje schedules interviews according to the client’s preferred timeframe. Shortlisted candidates are promptly informed of their selection for the final interview through email, phone, cable, or in person, depending on their location. For video conferencing interviews, Kukje assembles the approved candidates in batches at its offices and keeps clients updated on the schedule for each candidate.

Facilities Provided for Client Interviews:
  • Well-furnished conference and interview halls, including individual cabins for visiting delegates
  • Ample seating arrangements for shortlisted candidates
  • Stationery, secretarial assistance, and communication facilities
  • A dedicated team of experienced staff coordinates the process
  • Distributing test papers for written evaluations (if applicable)
  • Issuing entry passes and regulating candidate flow
  • Kukje staff maintain close coordination with visiting delegates throughout the process and assist in compiling the final selection status report.
  • Kukje offers video conferencing facilities for a fee, determined based on factors such as the number of candidates to be interviewed, location, and other parameters. Specific estimates are available upon request.
  • Kukje also provides services to conduct interviews and select candidates on behalf of clients. The technical evaluation team critically scrutinizes resumes, conducts trade tests, and performs personal interviews to ensure candidates meet client requirements before deployment.

5. Medical Check

Medical examinations for pre-mobilization are conducted in compliance with the host country’s regulations at medical centers authorized by the Embassy or Consulate of the respective country.

  • Kukje ensures clients are regularly updated on the progress of the medical tests and provides a list of medically fit candidates for processing the necessary visas, work permits, and PTA.
  • For the finally selected and medically cleared candidates, Kukje provides updates on travel schedules and offers comprehensive briefings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Airport assistance upon arrival in the host country
  • Guidelines on the dos and don’ts in the country of employment

6. Offer Letter & Signing the Contract

Once the employer's authorized representative signs the offer letter, it is sent to the selected candidates either via email or as a hard copy. Following this, our Visa Department informs the candidates who have received the offer and provides a detailed briefing on the company's benefits, terms, and conditions. After the briefing, the candidates sign the contract documents, completing the necessary formalities for the visa processing to proceed.

7. Visa Process

Clients provide either a copy or the original visa for the selected candidates to Kukje, along with PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice). If needed, visas and travel tickets are arranged through our division, Kukje Tours & Travels, an IATA-accredited agency.

8. Immigration Clearance Paperwork

Immigration specialists at Kukje guide candidates on all the prerequisites for submitting the necessary documentation required for immigration clearance and departure.

9. Mobilization

Upon receiving these documents, Kukje invites the candidates traveling to the host country to complete the following:

  • Hand over the necessary documents
  • Verify the accuracy of the provided documents
  • Facilitate immigration clearance
  • Endorse certificates and ensure all paperwork is in order
  • Kukje issues identification tags for each candidate, which include the employer’s contact details, to ensure easy identification upon arrival at the destination airport.

10. Arrival at the International Airport

Upon the candidates' their designated arrival in the client’s country, Kukje Overseas arranges transportation to transfer them from the airport to camp.
