Based on the client’s job requirements, our Sourcing Department thoroughly examines the available data to identify the most suitable candidates. This process is carried out in line with the client’s job specifications, industry relevance, qualifications, experience, and nationality.
All our offices across various regions and countries collaborate on the screening process, where applicable. Once the initial screening is completed, processed resumes are forwarded to the relevant in-house departments, including:
Engineering, Civil Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, MOH, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Each department conducts an in-depth review of resumes and communicates with potential candidates to confirm their interest and availability. These vetted resumes are then sent to the clients for their review. Simultaneously, our Operations Department undertakes: Reference checks, Certificate verifications, Police clearance (as required), Processing of travel documents.
When required, trade tests are conducted at Kukje partner training centers in accordance with client guidelines. For specialized tests requiring third-party inspection, Kukje coordinates with reputable third-party agencies whose reports are internationally recognized and accepted.
Upon receiving the list of approved candidates for final interviews—whether conducted in person, via telephone, or through video conferencing—Kukje schedules interviews according to the client’s preferred timeframe. Shortlisted candidates are promptly informed of their selection for the final interview through email, phone, cable, or in person, depending on their location. For video conferencing interviews, Kukje assembles the approved candidates in batches at its offices and keeps clients updated on the schedule for each candidate.
Medical examinations for pre-mobilization are conducted in compliance with the host country’s regulations at medical centers authorized by the Embassy or Consulate of the respective country.
Once the employer's authorized representative signs the offer letter, it is sent to the selected candidates either via email or as a hard copy. Following this, our Visa Department informs the candidates who have received the offer and provides a detailed briefing on the company's benefits, terms, and conditions. After the briefing, the candidates sign the contract documents, completing the necessary formalities for the visa processing to proceed.
Clients provide either a copy or the original visa for the selected candidates to Kukje, along with PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice). If needed, visas and travel tickets are arranged through our division, Kukje Tours & Travels, an IATA-accredited agency.
Immigration specialists at Kukje guide candidates on all the prerequisites for submitting the necessary documentation required for immigration clearance and departure.

Upon the candidates' their designated arrival in the client’s country, Kukje Overseas arranges transportation to transfer them from the airport to camp.
